Singhe Sports operates with a strict no-refund policy for all tournament promotion services. Once payment has been processed through our PayHere payment gateway, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

If you need to cancel your tournament after purchasing a promotion, the promotion fee will not be refunded. However, you may update your tournament details or reschedule dates as needed through your organizer dashboard.
If you experience technical issues with your promotion due to platform errors, please contact our support team immediately. We will investigate and work to resolve the issue. Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases where our platform failed to deliver the promised promotional service.
